Steven Kent NV Sparkling Barbera - 750ml

Like all of our handcrafted wines, the Sparkling Barbera from the Home Ranch Vineyard in the Livermore Valley is a product of a special place and a special time. Each vintage of our wines is unique, and we go out of our way as winemakers to let the vineyard reveal itself to us. This wine looks more like a Blanc de Noirs (a white wine made from red grapes than a rosé) and tastes more like a traditional Champagne, with its mid-palate richness and yeastiness, than its pink and fruit-forward predecessor.
